Debra Richardson

Debra joined our C3 staff in early 2026 as an administrative assistant. Before joining staff, Debra was a stay-at-home mom for over 20 years. She has a degree in business education from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

On Sunday mornings, you will likely find Debra in the lobby welcoming guests and helping folks find their way. She and her husband, Bryan, have been married since 1990 and have 3 grown children. When Debra is not in the office, you’ll find her enjoying one of her hobbies, like soapmaking, or supporting missions like Acts4Rwanda, of which she is a board member.
